Panel discussion:  “Russia’s policy towards Europe: conflict instead of partnership”

On 27 April 2015 the Institut Francais in Tallinn organises a debate between Dr. Marie Mendras, professor of political scientist at the National Research Centre of France (CRNS) and Dr. Andrei V Belyi, CEURUS scholar and research fellow at the Institute of Government and Politics, University of Tartu.

The debate will take place in French (with translation into Estonian) at the European House, Rävala 4 in Tallinn, starting at 14.00. It is co-sponsored by the Estonian School of Diplomacy.
