Visiting Fellowships
The Centre for Eurasian and Russian Studies welcomes researchers based outside of Estonia who wish to visit the University of Tartu in order to:
- pursue research in a field that corresponds to the research interests of CEURUS;
- give guest lectures or teach an intensive course on some aspect of Russian, Eurasian or East European studies; and/or
- establish links with the University of Tartu and/or collaborate with scholars associated with CEURUS.
Follow the main menu on the left for suggestions regarding funding schemes for potential visiting scholars. Please note that these are all funded independently of the University of Tartu, and thus you should check the websites individually for information pertaining to eligibility, requirements, etc.
We are ready to work with promising candidates who have prepared robust applications for externally these outside schemes. If applications require institutional contact on our part, we will pre-screen applicants.
If you need to contact CEURUS while applying to one of these programmes, please see the paragraphs below to find the proper point of contact at CEURUS for each programme.
