Viacheslav Morozov, Academic Director

A native of Eastern Kazakhstan, Viacheslav Morozov received his MA in European Integration from the University of Limerick and his PhD in World History from the St. Petersburg State University. There, he taught for 13 years at the School of International Relations and at the Smolny College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, before moving to Tartu in 2010. He is currently Professor of EU–Russia Studies at the Johan Skytte Institute. Home page

Maili Vilson, Executive Director

Her background is in Contemporary History (BA), EU-Russia Studies (MA) and Political Science (PhD) from the University of Tartu, Estonia. She is currently working on a dissertation on the Europeanization of national foreign policy of EU member states and serving as Deputy Head for Academic Affairs at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies.
