CEURUS researcher to hold workshop on international energy markets and EU-Russia gas trade relations

On 15 February 2013 the Estonian Embassy in Moscow together with the University of Tartu host two workshops, the second of which is entitled “International energy markets: EU-Russia gas trade relations“ and will be carried out by CEURUS associated scholar Andrey V. Belyi. The objective of this event, open for interested students and entrepreneurs, is to highlight major trends in international energy markets and their effects on the EU-Russian gas trade relations. Dr. Belyi will discuss the impact of the US shale gas development, new environmental strategies, and oil market volatility.
