The Centre for EU-Russia Studies and the Institute of Government and Politics at the University of Tartu seek to recruit both senior and junior academics with a research profile relevant to EU-Russia relations. Available positions include:

Associate Professor in International Political Economy

Senior Research Fellow in Political Science

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Political Science

The contracts for all positions are for a period of four years, with a start date in January or February 2012 (negotiable). For a brief introduction of the recruiting institution, see here (pdf).

Application procedures: In order to be considered for the position, the candidate must submit to the UT Personnel Office (postal address: 4 Jakobi St, Tartu 51004 ESTONIA) the following documents (in English, 1 copy):

  1. a letter of application (cover letter) addressed to the Rector,
  2. a curriculum vitae in the required format,
  3. a list of research publications (if necessary, enclosing copies of more important publications),
  4. a copy of the document certifying the candidate’s educational qualifications/ academic degree,
  5. other materials considered relevant by the candidate (a list of such materials must be included in the application or annexed to it).

The deadline for applications is October 1, 2011.
