UPTAKE panel at Baltic Defence College conference

UPTAKE organised a panel at the Baltic Defence College (Tartu, Estonia) Third Annual Conference on Russia on 15-17 February 2017.

The panel The Evolution of Russia’s Military Doctrine and the EU’s Response: The ‘Russian World’, Hybrid Warfare and Beyond belonged to the Night Owl session under the theme Russian Non-Linear Warfare: Case Studies and included Prof. Viacheslav Morozov, Prof. Andrei Makarychev, Dr. András Rácz, and Dr. Maria Mälksoo.
