In the third issue of the EU-Russia Papers series, PAMI AALTO, Jean Monnet Professor and Director of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on European Politics and European-Russian Relations at the University of Tampere (Finland) discusses the issues of “Natural Gas, Oil and Electricity on the Future Agenda of EU-Russia Energy Relations.”

The EU-Russia Papers are published by the Centre for EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) at the University of Tartu and disseminates research, analysis and commentary on topics and issues relevant to the contemporary agenda of EU-Russia relations.
