In the second issue of the EU-Russia Paper series, TATIANA ROMANOVA, Associate professor and Jean Monnet Chair at the Department of European Studies, School of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University examines “The Level-of-Analysis Problem in the Past, Present and Future of EU-Russia Relations.”

The EU-Russia Paper series is published by the Centre for EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) at the University of Tartu and disseminates research, analysis and commentary on topics and issues relevant to the contemporary agenda of EU-Russia relations.
