Call for Papers

The Centre for EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) at the University of Tartu participates in the organisation of a conference on “Energy Transitions: Regulation of Energy Markets at National, European and International Levels”  taking place from 4 to 5 March 2013 at the auspices of the University Eastern Finland. Conference is also open for early career researchers and experts on political economy of energy in Europe and Russia.
