Call for Applications – Martens Summer School

The Center of EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) together with the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu is inviting all interested advanced undergraduate and MA students as well as professionals to apply to the 4th Martens Summer School in International Law.

Location: University of Tartu, Pärnu College (Ringi 35, Pärnu, Estonia)
Time: July 26 – July 31, 2015

Continuing its well-established tradition, the summer school will deal with the comparative aspects of international law and human rights, particularly focusing on the issues related to Russia and Eurasia. One of the underlying ideas is to bring together Western, Russian and also Estonian international law scholars, practitioners and students. As usual, we invite four distinguished lecturers from different countries to share their experience and expertise over the course of five intensive days in the coastal town of Pärnu.
