Fellowships

The Centre for EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) provides stipends to a number of Ph.D. students, enrolled in a doctoral programme at the University of Tartu, who conduct research relevant to EU-Russia relations. The University of Tartu (the Faculties and the Centre for EU-Russia Studies) acts also as a host institution for externally funded doctoral and post-doctoral research fellowships. Finally, CEURUS hosts visiting researchers and lecturers, and assists prospective visitors in applying for funding from external sources.
