How to find us

The City of Tartu is located in the south of Estonia, 186 kilometres south of Tallinn, Estonia’s capital. Tartu is easily accessed by car, bus or train. The city is within two and a half hours’ drive from Tallinn and its airport. You can reach Tartu also by air from Riga and Tallinn.

The Centre for EU-Russia Studies (CEURUS) is located at the UT Faculty of Social Sciences right in the center of town on Toomemägi Hill, Lossi street 36, 3rd floor.
